Day 01 Arrival / Cochin
Arrive at Cochin Port and greet by Globes travel representative later transfer to the hotel for 01 night. Arrive Cochin by Flt. Day 02 Cochin / Delhi (AI 466 – 0725 / 1025 Hrs)
After morning breakfast move to Cochin airport to board your flight to Delhi upon Arrival meet & greet assist transfer to your hotel. Delhi the capital of India, Delhi is also pronounced as the cultural capital with a spectacular architecture of monuments and an amalgamation of different cultures that is a product of a 5000-year-old history. Delhi has always had a mysterious eternity that has witnessed empires rise to glory and fall to ashes. Old Delhi – Old Delhi was established by Mughal Emperor and the streets of Old Delhi are narrow and bustling. Old Delhi comprises of some of the finest monuments built during Mughal rule. Raj Ghats – the cenotaph site where the father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, Jama Masjid – Completed in 1658 is the last architectural monument built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, Red Fort – This huge massive fort standing on the western bank of River Yamuna. The last and the most exciting place in Old Delhi is Chandni Chowk, the most crowded market place where you can enjoy a rickshaw ride. President House Delhi New Delhi- It was well planned by the British architecture Sir Edwin Luytens to make New Delhi as the capital of India. In New Delhi sightseeing, you will visit Humana’s Tomb – The structure was inspired by Persian architecture and it structures also resembles to Taj Mahal as it has a huge tomb, Qutub Minar – one of the tallest tower in the world and a great masterpiece of Mughal architecture which can be seen from most parts of the city. Day 03 Delhi / Agra (205 Kms) (03 Hrs Drive)
After Morning breakfast proceed your drive to Agra, upon arrival in Agra, check into your hotel. After wash and change, will visit the Agra fort – the rusty and majestic red-sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna and the construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566.At the Diwan-I-Am (hall of public audience), a colonnaded hall of red-sandstone with a throne alcove of inlaid marble at the back, the Emperor heard public petitions. At the Diwan-I-Khas (hall of private audience) where marble pavilions with floral inlays lend an ethereal ambience, the Emperor sat on his gem-studded Peacock Throne and met foreign ambassadors and rulers of friendly kingdoms. At sunset, we will visit Taj Mahal – one of the Seven Wonders of the World surely the most extravagant _expression of love ever created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan’s beloved wife. Sunsets stain the Taj an exotic shade of orange. But nothing beats the poignant beauty of the Taj seen when the cool white marble is bathed in the soft silver light of the moon. Even in the bright light of the day, this wonder of the world shines with an awe-inspiring loveliness. Day 04 Agra / Fatehpur Sikri / Jaipur (245 Kms) (05 Hrs Drive)
Breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Jaipur (5-6 Hrs)Enroute Also visit Fatehpur Sikri-a perfectly preserved red sandstone “ghost town “which was the estranged capital of Mughal emperor Akbar.
Reach Jaipur & transfer to hotel for 1 night. Jaipur- the fabled “pink city “of the desert named after Jai Singh, the former Maharaja of Jaipur. This is the only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe through the nine rectangular sectors subdividing it. The palaces and forts of the yesteryears, which were witnesses to the royal processions and splendors, are now living monuments. Rest of the day is free to explore Jaipur local markets. . It is particularly famous for its block printing; blue pottery and handmade papers. Evening enjoy Rajasthani dinner at Chokhi dhani Overnight at your hotel.
Day 05 Jaipur
After a leisurely breakfast, visit the majestic Amber Fort, is one that cannot be easily described. Ride up on Elephants to the former capital of the royals set against the backdrop of the wooded hills.
Later visit the Palace of Winds also known as Hawa Mahal, this elaborate building, now little more than a façade, is encrusted with delicate screen sand carved balconies from which the royal ladies, confined to their quarters, could sneak views of the outside world. Past, present and future merge at Jai Singh’s observatory, where time has been accurately measured since the 17th century.Enjoy ride on Elephant to Amber fort Overnight at your hotel.
Day 06 Jaipur / Delhi (270 Kms) (05 Hrs Drive)
