We, at Shorexcursionsasia, are glad to welcome you for a tour through Goa’s ancient temples and exotic plantations, mainly of spices. This is a 6-hour tour through the spiritual heart of Goa. We welcome you, at Mormugao seaport in the morning from where the tour starts. Ancient temple visit We will take you to the largest and oldest temple of Goa; a Brahma temple that has been in existence for more than a century. Also, we will go on to visit other Hindu temples such as the Shanta Durga Temple.
Shanta Durga Temple  Also known as Sri Shanta Durga Temple, this temple was built during the period of around 1715 to 1740 AD. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Shantadurga, a goddess who mediated between Lord Siva & Lord Vishnu during a clash between them. The main temple is built among lush-green mountain valleys. Three small temples adorn this big temple. These temples were built by the grandson of Maratha Ruler Sri Chatrapati Sivaji Maharaj. Spice Plantation in Goa
