Ekambareswarar Temple
Ekambareswarar Temple is the largest temple of Kancheepuram with a hallway with thousand pillars which is embellished with carved Pallava art.

Kailasanatha temple
Next, we will visit the Kailasanatha temple which loudly proclaims the architectural efficiency of people during the era of the Pallava dynasty.

Varadharaja Perumal Temple
It is one of the 108 Divya desams and is known for its remarkable carvings and delicate piece of art.

Later you will be driven to Mahabalipuram to visit Pancha Rathas which is associated with Mahabharata. This massive sculpture is carved out of a single rock.

Sea Shore Temple-You will be then taken to Seashore temple that is a five-storied and rock-cut temple overlooking the sea at Mahabalipuram.

Arjuna’s Penance
Carved out of two rock boulders, this relief depicts the story of the descending of River Ganges from heaven. This is a unique blend of exceptional art and rich mythical background.

Varaha Cave Temple
Next, we will head to the Varaha cave temple. It is home to Lord Vishnu and narrates the story of his ten incarnations. It is another exquisite piece of Pallava art.

Krishna’s Butter Ball
Our next destination is Krishna’s butterball which is a giant boulder that is stable at a position for over 1200 years. It is believed that this is a stolen butter ball dropped by Lord Krishna.

Mahishasuramardini Cave
Dating back to the 7th century this rock-cut temple is devoted to Goddess Durga.

Tiger Cave
Our final destination is the Tiger cave which is located at the seashore. It is a serene place with sculptures of tigers and lions.
