Day 01 Cochin / Delhi (SG 112 – 1120 / 1620 Hrs)

Upon Arrival at Cochin port meet our representative and proceed to airport to board your train to Delhi on arrival you will be transferred to your hotel in Delhi. Delhi the capital of India, Delhi is also pronounced as the cultural capital with a spectacular architecture of monuments and an amalgamation of different cultures that is a product of a 5000-year-old history. Delhi has always had a mysterious eternity that has witnessed empires rise to glory and fall to ashes. The contemporary Delhi is a culmination of seven cities built by different emperors from time to time cities. Rest of the day is at your leisure Overnight at your hotel.

Day 02 Delhi / Agra  (03 Hrs Drive) Taj Mahal

After breakfast, we proceed for sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi: OLD DELHI – Visit Old Delhi- the former center of Mughal power, which offers ancient monuments, narrow streets and bustling markets. Visit the Red Fort built in 1648 by the great Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan famous for his great edifice of love the Taj Mahal. Also see the biggest mosque in India the Jama Masjid, constructed by Shah Jahan in 1658. Raj Ghat – the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. The heart of Old Delhi lies in the area around Chandni Chowk, one of the oldest market areas in India and certainly one of the busiest. Drive through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk to get a feel of the royal life of the Mughal emperors. To explore this area fully would take days, but a great way to get around and experience the vibrant atmosphere and array of sounds and sights on display is by traditional cycle-rickshaw.

NEW DELHI – An extensive sightseeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Humayun’s Tomb, the Qutub Minar, a drive along the ceremonial avenue – Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the President’s Residence and would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. Following the tour, we will drive to Agra, along one of the India’s finest freeways upon arrival in Agra, check into your hotel.Overnight at your hotel.

Day 03 Agra / Fatehpur Sikri / Jaipur  (05 Hrs Drive)

After breakfast drive to Agra & transfer to hotel. Later visit TAJ MAHAL- Built by Shah Jahan, the Taj is a white marble memorial to his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years to be completed and was designed, and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from its stunning design balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also noted particularly for its elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen. Later you can also visit AGRA FORT- Fort built in red sandstone with its magnificent palaces, halls of public and private audience and the beautiful gardens. This is where Emperor Shah Jahan was kept under house arrest by his third son Aurangzeb and spent the last year of his life viewing the Taj Mahal from across the river Jamuna.

From here, we will to Jaipur, en route we will visit Fatehpur Sikri-perfectly preserved red sandstone “ghost town” which was the estranged capital of Mughal emperor Akbar, built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check into your hotel. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 04 Jaipur

After a leisurely breakfast, visit the majestic Amber Fort, is one that cannot be easily described. Ride up on Elephants to the former capital of the royals set against the backdrop of the wooded hills.

Later visit the Palace of Winds also known as Hawa Mahal, this elaborate building, now little more than a façade, is encrusted with delicate screen sand carved balconies from which the royal ladies, confined to their quarters, could sneak views of the outside world. Past, present and future merge at Jai Singh’s observatory, where time has been accurately measured since the 17th century.Enjoy ride on Elephant to Amber fort.Overnight at your hotel.

Day 05 Jaipur / Delhi / Mumbai (270 Kms) (05 Hrs Drive)

Morning transfer to the airport to board your flight to Delhi and from there to Mumbai and on, Arrival at Mumbai you will be transferred  to the port to board your ship.
