Booking for your shore excursion

A booking will be made with us subject to availability for a shore excursion. You are requested to make a partial payment or full payment depending on the trip to your specific destination. A binding contract comes into existence between us, and we would then issue a booking
confirmation. The affirmation will state the details of your booking and shall be forwarded to you or your travel agent.

The travelers have to then scrutinize through the details mentioned on the confirmation. If any alteration has to be made, then you must advise us immediately without any delay. It can cause harm to your rights if we are not informed at the right time. You’re also requested to give written consent in case if there is a plan of canceling your journey and must be communicated to us at the earliest.

Travel Documentation

It is mandatory to carry a valid passport and needful visas or permits while commencing your voyage. Such evidence is the sole responsibility of the traveler. We may advise you to submit any further application upon request.

Personal Possessions or Luggage’s

There is no restriction been placed on carrying your coats, wraps, umbrellas, handbags, travel bags, and other personal things. You need to be cautious by not misplacing your things or leaving them unnoticed. Excess luggage will be charged, and that is the responsibility of the traveler.

Health Requirements

The clients must conduct the necessary medical test such as vaccination and health requirements as been specified. This is done to get themselves familiarized with the health conditions where they intend to visit.
